BonD-fire ceremony and Gathering

(Ages 16+ Only)

When the sun dips below the horizon, behind the ocean, our beachside bonfire ceremony begins. Surrounded by the soothing sound of waves crashing and the wandering tone of flickering flames, this moment is a symbol of the unbreakable bond between our hearts. The shadows represent our shared past, while the warmth of the flame will illuminate our bright future ahead.

We are teachers, laborers and artists. We are friends and family and both. And we’re strong, lost, found, vulnerable and resilient beings — all of us.

We are so very grateful you will share this moment with us. We ask you to bring your honest self and respect each other, as we gather to witness and honor our bond and what makes it special — LOVE.

 FAQs

  • Our entire celebration is beach bohemian casual but most importantly, wear your true self. Be you! We will dress more formally for our private dinner and photo opportunities during the Fish Fry.

  • We cannot predict the weather, but recommend you bring sunblock or a hat as well as towels, chairs, games and snacks. Water and soft drinks will be available inside the beachside hydration tent.

  • Although our beachfront is a private rental, the beach is public. We will start early to hold our space and recommend you do the same.

  • Saturday evening activities are adult-oriented and take place at night alongside an active public beach. We want our guests to enjoy time away from most responsibilities. Please respect our rule of no children under the age of 16 at the beach bonfire.

  • No. We have held this space for rest and travel.

  • BYOB is cool, but no glass containers allowed out on the beach.

  • Yes. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.
